You can prepare delicious snacks or gourmet dinners in the equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Adjoined is ample sofa seating and a dining area with seating for 6. Head towards the pool area through the sliding doors to relax or play in the game room!

* IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE *
1. The resort only allows THREE cars per property.
DRIVERS MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE to get access to the Community.
2. Keyless entry! Door code provided.
3. Pool cleaned and treated weekly.
- Pool heating: $40 daily fee (plus taxes); it must be required for your WHOLE reservation. – Request must be made 3 days prior to the check-in date; payment will need to be sent once requested.
(Jets in the spa do NOT turn on as a hot tub).
(It is a SPA, NOT hot tub, which has the same temperature as the pool).

4. BBQ extra service
Extra service includes post cleaning and gas refill $100 plus taxes, which must be requested prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation policies and penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will get charged 20% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get charged 50% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before check-in will get charged 100% of the amount booking.
Deposit Policy
100% is charged for booking confirmation - 50% non-refundable.
