Welcome to Your Deluxe Vacation Home at Windsor Hills Resort!
This beautiful 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property is perfect for a vacation. It has recently been renovated and offers all the amenities you could need. The location is great, just 5 miles from Disney World parks. Inside the property, you'll find a private pool, a Star Wars Game Room, a Monsters Inc Theme Room, an Avatar Theme Room, and brand-new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a formal dining table as well as a breakfast bar. Outside, you'll find a West-facing pool with sun exposure throughout the day. There is outdoor seating and a TV, perfect for outdoor meals. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms including two master suites and a themed bedroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms including another master suite and a themed bedroom. There is also a game table for family and friends to enjoy. The star attraction on the ground floor is the amazing Star Wars Game Room, with a foosball table, air hockey table, gaming chairs, and a PlayStation 4. Overall, this property promises to provide an unforgettable vacation experience filled with relaxation, entertainment, and family fun.

Important Information:
The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community.
Keyless entry for your convenience, with the door code provided before check-in date.
The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool/Spa heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) and must be requested at least 3 days before check-in.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
Enjoy delicious BBQ meals with Gas Propane BBQ.
We offer a BBQ extra service, including post-use cleaning and propane gas refill for $100 (plus taxes) upon request prior to check-in.
Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies and penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will get charged 20% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get charged 50% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before check-in will get charged 100% of the amount booking.
Deposit Policy
100% is charged for booking confirmation - 50% non-refundable.
