The Unique Townhome is a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located at the Windsor Hills Resort with Water Park and all Resort Amenities included to your reservation is the perfect vacation!
This vacation rental is located in a convenient location near restaurants and is only 5 miles away from Disney World parks. The living space is open and comfortable, with a LCD HD TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. Outside, there is a sunny south-facing pool and lounging area. The home also has a washer and dryer for guest use. There are three bedrooms, including a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, a kids bedroom with twin beds and a TV, and a third bedroom with a full bed. The rental is located in the Windsor Hills Resort, which offers additional amenities such as a clubhouse and water park.

Important Information:
The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must present a valid driver's license for access to the community.

The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and must be requested for your entire reservation.
Request should be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
* Pool size is 10' X 4' deep.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies and penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will get charged 20% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get charged 50% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before check-in will get charged 100% of the amount booking.
