This townhome is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with your family. The living area is comfortable and has a flat-screen TV, making it a great place to watch your favorite shows or have a movie night together.
On the second floor, the master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own TV. The kids will love the Mickey Themed bedroom, which has two twin beds and a private bathroom just for them. The third bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a cozy queen bed and a bathroom that can be used by the whole family.

Important Information:
The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must present a valid driver's license for access to the community.

The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and must be requested for your entire reservation.
Request should be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
* Pool size is 10' X 4' deep.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Cancellation policies and penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will get charged 20% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get charged 50% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before check-in will get charged 100% of the amount booking.
Deposit Policy
