Discover a vacation paradise at this 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Windsor Hills Resort!
This property is located in a prime location, just minutes away from Disney parks, restaurants, and family attractions. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers a range of amenities to ensure a relaxing and exciting stay.
The main room of the property is cozy and luxurious, with ample seating, two recliner sofas, and Smart TVs for entertainment. There is also an additional living room with extra seating and another Smart TV.
Outside, guests can enjoy the Florida sun in their own private courtyard pool, complete with a large spa and sun loungers. There is also a covered lanai with an outdoor dining table for 8, sun loungers, and a small propane gas BBQ grill.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and offers dining options at the dining table for 6, breakfast table for 4, and two barstools.
For entertainment, guests can head to the ground-level air-conditioned game room which features a variety of options including Arcades, an Air Hockey Table, Basketball Shoot Game, and two gaming chairs. There is also a Smart TV for additional entertainment.
Sleeping arrangements include two well-appointed king master bedrooms, three themed kids' bedrooms, and a queen bedroom on the ground level with a shared bathroom.

Important Information:
The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must present a valid driver's license for access to the community.

Keyless entry ensures ease of access, with the door code provided before your check-in date.
The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool/Spa heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) and must be requested at least 3 days before check-in.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
We provide a small BBQ grill for your convenience, with an extra service available for post-use cleaning and propane gas refill at a cost of $60 (plus taxes).
This service must be requested prior to your arrival date.
Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Cancellation policies and penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will get charged 20% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get charged 50% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before check-in will get charged 100% of the amount booking.
Deposit Policy
100% is charged for booking confirmation - 50% non-refundable.
