Outside, there is a screened-in private pool with a deck area for relaxation. The main floor has a Star Wars themed master suite, while the second floor has two additional master suites, a Toy Story themed bedroom for kids, and another master suite. Guests also have access to all the facilities of the Windsor Hills Resort. Overall, this townhouse offers a fantastic opportunity for families to have an unforgettable vacation.

Important Information:
The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must present a valid driver's license for access to the community.

Keyless entry ensures ease of access, with the door code provided before your check-in date.
The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $30 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and must be requested for your entire reservation.
Request should be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
* Pool size is 10' X 4' deep.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Cancellation policies and penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will get charged 20% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get charged 50% of the amount booking.
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before check-in will get charged 100% of the amount booking.
Deposit Policy
100% is charged for booking confirmation - 50% non-refundable.
