Daniel fue un irresponsable nunca atendió la llamada, nunca nos envió el código de entrada a la casa la compañía tuvo que realizarme un reembolso y yo moverme con mi familia a otro lugar alas 10:00 pm intenté comunicarme por todos los medios hasta por las redes sociales y nadie respondió hasta las 10:20 pm mi bebé de tanto esperar afuera esta sufriendo un proceso alérgico el la cara terrible la verdad Daniel como anfitrión fue lo peor que se puede ser

The house was disappointing for my family. There was no PS4, as the listing stated there was, and the air hockey table was broken. The pool heat was also broken. The floor tiles have a lot of chips in them, and the furniture was not in good condition. The sheets on the bed were also ripped. The house needs some maintenance done.

We had found the property during our vacation planning, and had looked up solara resort.

We had thought it would be a little larger and more opportunities for our kids to find fun. The pool was fine, super crowded at times. The kids pool area had an excess amount of lime build up and didn’t seem like it was being cleaned properly.

The house was fine, it had nice furnishings, beds were cheap, not high quality at all. The couch in the living room was nice, but the sitting area was not comforting.

I had a plumbing issue and it was not resolved by the owner until 2 days later, and the ant issue was not solved at all either.

This house was absolutely AMAZING! My family stayed for Christmas week and we definitely enjoyed it. It was a family of 14 and we all fit comfortably. I was able to use their playpen, high chair, and stroller. It is so difficult to travel with little ones, but they made it easier on us. The kitchen was nice and big and we were able to make some nice meals. The kids loved the pool as well in addition to the local park. I wish the weather was nicer when we were there because we could had taken advantage of all the amenities. We were also lucky to have the parking lot around the corner. There is a long line when you first go through the community gates, but after you get your visitor pass for the vehicle then it’s no longer an issue. Highly recommend you book with them!

I would not recommend this location until changes are made. Daniel charged us $100.00 to use the grill which did not work. After being on the phone with him for an hour nothing was resolved it turned out the grill was missing a piece. Upon arrival the place was not cleaned and stains were all over the home. The dryer was not working and a maintenance man had to come to the home twice during our stay which led to them replacing the dryer. Daniel was not responsive to phone calls when things came up regarding his property. The home is beautiful but very unkept.

First time staying at an air bnb and overall it was good. There were some pros and cons but it was as expected. The place was clean and nice, very comfortable and had a great time there. Cons were the dryer was not working but someone came the same day to try to fix but weren’t able to fix that day so we were not able to wash and dry there. I asked for a compensation but as of right now no one has said anything. Also the buttons for the Pool light and i think jacuzzi were not working properly so that was a bummer. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and noisy but rooms were nice. They had all the utensils for the kitchen and we were able to cook, maybe need new pots and pans as they were a little worn out and not non stick anymore but it worked out fine. The rooms were nicely set up as well. Another thing that i thought was an inconvenience was the Pool maintenance guy came around 1-2 meanwhile we were in the pool to clean it so we had to get out and they said we had to wait 40 mins to get into jacuzzi and 10 into Pool which interrupted our pool time and i didn’t think that was cool, they should come early morning or later in the day when they have guest there but like i said it’s my first time staying at a place like this so I’m not sure how it works. Overall was a nice house and didn’t have any other problem otherwise.

The property is as described, beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were comfortable and just what we needed after a long day at the theme parks. I will say that I wish there were televisions in the bedrooms, but that's just my preference as some people don't like televisions in bedrooms. The only downside was that the jacuzzi didn't work and was not properly addressed during our week at the property. All in all, we had a wonderful time at the property and would definitely book again.

Pros: great location, easy home access, wonderful resort amenities, plenty of parking, large enough home for 16 guests, daily garbage pickup.
Cons: dryer wasn’t working, couches and beds were uncomfortable- but doable. No large pots/pans for home cooking. Poor quality broom/vacuum.
