• Welcome KIT: The following materials are provided:
4 extra toilet paper rolls,
2 extra garbage bags,
1 liquid detergent,
1 dishwashing soap,
1 sponge,
2 washing powder,
1 paper towel.
Each bathroom will have:
1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper.
No other material will be provided.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• TRASH: Put the trash in its proper place, and pay attention to the instructions and collection days.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER STOP THE VEHICLE ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GARAGE, your car will be towed by the local authorities.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our guests have full and free access to all areas of the resort, including: swimming pools; gyms and game rooms.
• You can receive home visits as long as you do not exceed the number of people staying overnight in the Residence.
• It is not allowed to move furniture or equipment inside the house.

• **Check-in and Check-out Times**: Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. *If you need an early check-in or late check-out, it can be arranged subject to an additional fee and availability. Please consult us in advance.*

• **Supermarket**: Please visit the nearest supermarket to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.

• **Daily Cleaning**: Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. Before check-in, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, they can be arranged for an extra fee.

• **Pool/Spa Heater**: The pool heater operates via a heat exchange system and may not function properly in temperatures close to freezing. Pool heating is available for $39 per day, with a 3-day minimum. Please note that both the pool and the spa share the same heating system, as there is only one motor for both, meaning the water temperature will be the same in both areas. The maximum temperature is 96°F (approximately 36°C). Depending on external conditions, it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature, so we recommend requesting heating in advance.

• **Garbage**: Please dispose of garbage properly and adhere to the collection schedule.

• **Parking**: Be mindful when parking. NEVER block the street or another garage; your car may be towed by local authorities.

• **Club Access**: Our guests have full and free access to all resort amenities, including swimming pools, gyms, and game rooms. 
*There is an additional cost to use the FlowRider, as required by the resort.* ( only Solara Resort)

• **Visitors**: Visitors are allowed as long as they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the residence.

• **Furniture**: Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not permitted.

If any rules are violated, such as smoking inside the property, neglecting the property, or excessive garbage, a fee of $500 will be charged.

• **Airbnb**: Refunds are processed directly through the platform.  
• **VRBO / EXPEDIA**: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.  
• **WEBSITE**: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.  
*Processing/bank fees will be deducted from refunded amounts.*

•    Place the tied bag in the bin located in the front  (exclusively in the brown garbage can) of the unit between 7am and  09am 

 Our Valet Team will  NOT  pick up any disposed of items, not within regulation.
