• Self-Check-In: Arrive directly at your home with a self-check-in process. You'll receive a personal door code in advance with your booking instructions; no keys necessary.

• Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

• Welcome Kit: Start your stay with essentials provided, including 2 additional garbage bags, liquid detergent, dishwashing soap, a sponge, 2 packets of washing powder, and paper towels. Each bathroom is stocked with 1 bar of soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper. For any other needs, please visit a nearby supermarket.

• Daily Cleaning: Your rental includes thorough cleaning before check-in by a professional service. During your stay, additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge.

• Hot Tub: Enjoy our private outdoor hot tub! Setup and sanitization require a $100 fee upon arrival. Each water and sanitization change during your stay incurs an additional $50 charge. Prepayment and arrangements are necessary before your arrival to use the hot tub.

• Trash Disposal: Properly dispose of trash following instructions and collection schedules.

• Parking: Ensure vehicles are parked appropriately. Avoid parking on the street or in front of other garages to prevent towing by local authorities.

• Club Access: Guests enjoy full access to resort amenities, including swimming pools, gyms, and game rooms.

• Visitor Policy: Overnight guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the residence.

• House Rules: Please refrain from moving furniture or equipment inside the house.

Important Information
Violation of rules such as smoking indoors, property neglect, or excessive littering will result in a $500 fee.

Refund policy:
Airbnb: Refund processing done by the platform itself
VRBO / EXPEDIA: Refund will be processed within 7 days of check-in date
WEBSITE: Returns will be processed within 7 days of check-in date*
Processing/banking fees will be charged on returned amounts.

Important notice for VRBO/EXPEDIA and WEBSITE guest:
Booking confirmed after signing the contract:

Cancellation Policies and Penalties;
Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will be charged 10% of the reservation amount.
Travelers who cancel at least 15 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the reservation amount.
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

Reservations:
100% is charged for booking confirmation - 50% non-refundable.

WASTE DISPOSAL GUIDELINES
•    Bag and tie all waste. Loose items are safety hazard and  will not be collected.
•    Do not include sharp objects
•     Garbage in groceries bags will not be collected
•      Place the tied bag in the bin located in the front  (exclusively in the brown garbage can) of the unit between 7am and  09am 

 Our Valet Team will  NOT  pick up any disposed of items, not within regulation.
