Bedroom description
• Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (private bathroom) (2 guests)
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (2 guests)
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single air mattress (4 guests)
• Self-check-in - you go straight home.
• There will be no keys, you will have your own door code, which will be sent with your booking instructions.
• CHECK-IN after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT until 10 AM. * If you need an early check-in or late check-out, it is possible subject to an extra fee and availability. Please consult us.
• Welcome KIT: The following materials are provided:
4 extra toilet paper rolls,
2 extra garbage bags,
1 liquid detergent,
1 dishwasher soap,
1 sponge,
2 washing powder,
1 paper towel.
Each bathroom will have:
1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper.
No other materials will be provided.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you might need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay, you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• GARBAGE: Put the garbage in its proper place, and pay attention to the instructions and collection days.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER STOP THE VEHICLE ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GARAGE, your car will be towed by local authorities.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our guests have full and free access to all resort spaces. The gym is not available for guests.
• You can receive home visitors as long as you do not exceed the number of people who spend the night at the Residence.
• It is not allowed to move furniture or equipment inside the house.
Important information
If a violation of any of the rules is detected, such as smoking inside the property, neglect of the property, excess garbage, a fee of USD 500 will be charged.
Refund Policy:
Airbnb: Refund processing done by the platform itself.
VRBO / EXPEDIA: The refund will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
WEBSITE: The return will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.*
Processing / bank fees will be charged on the returned amounts.

The place was ok and clean. And for the price it was worth it. The communication was very good with the co-host. Deborah was very nice and responsive. The only thing was the smell inside the apartment due to the humidity I think, as well as the damaged floor in the living rooms. I bought a nice candle for the stay and the odor was much better.
Otherwise it was nice and it is a great place to stay.

Overall we had a nice stay, the resort itself is beautiful and very clean. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo, especially the bathrooms and the dust on the fans in the bedrooms. After speaking with Daniel, he assured he is working on getting this corrected. His co-host is with DVG. They were my biggest complaint about this stay, they were horrible in communicating and taking care of things, such as when the AC went out in the condo. I also believe they are responsible for the cleanliness of the condo. However, Daniel was very responsive and apologetic. He took care of getting the AC fixed and said he would work on getting the other problems resolved as well. I don't want this review to negatively impact him as he was not the problem. He seemed to be genuinely concerned and adamant to make things right.

The place was beautiful, everything was how the pictures showed. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and would keep this place in mind for future travels. The apartment was on the first floor so it was easy access from the parking lot. Attractions weren't to far to travel too and places to eat were nearby.

Daniel’s place was great! He and Debora had great communication skills. They were very helpful as we had issues getting inside of the Airbnb. Which was an oversight on our behalf. The pictures of the living areas were the exact same as in person. The only downside was that the linen on the master bed were dirty. The bathrooms could use an upgrade as the tub and showers were showing their age a little. Housekeeping was a little off that day. But, it was quiet, cozy, and just a few minutes away from the main freeway. Overall it was perfect for the price.

Our family of 7 stayed here and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved having the pool so close and appreciated the security. Lots of great dining options close by and a quick drive to the parks!
