• You will check-in directly at the property; it will be a self-check-in.
• There will be no physical keys; you will receive your own door code along with your booking instructions.
• CHECK-IN after 04 PM and CHECK-OUT until 10 AM. *If you need an early check-in or late check-out, it is possible subject to an extra fee and availability. Please consult us.
• Welcome KIT: The following materials are provided:
4 extra rolls of toilet paper,
2 extra garbage bags,
1 liquid detergent,
1 dishwasher soap,
1 sponge,
2 washing powder packets,
1 roll of paper towels.
Each bathroom will have:
1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper.
No other materials will be provided.
Please visit the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you may need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay, you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• POOL / SPA HEATER: Please note that the pool heater operates through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not function at temperatures close to zero. Heating is available at a cost of USD 39 per day for a minimum of 3 days. Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature, so it is important to request this in advance.
• GARBAGE: Dispose of garbage properly and adhere to the collection schedule.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER BLOCK THE STREET OR ANOTHER GARAGE; your car may be towed by local authorities.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our guests have full and free access to all resort amenities, including swimming pools, gyms, and game rooms.
*There is an additional cost for using the FlowRider, as required by the Resort.
• Visitors are allowed as long as they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Residence.
• Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not permitted.
Important information
If any rules are violated, such as smoking inside the property, property neglect, or excessive garbage, a fee of USD 500 will be charged.
Refund Policy
Airbnb: Refunds are processed by the platform itself.
VRBO / EXPEDIA: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
WEBSITE: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
*Processing / bank fees will be charged on the refunded amounts.

The house was nice, there was a missing banister on the upstairs staircase, which was dangerous with a 3 year old in the home. The pans were a bit old and scraped up but otherwise the home was pleasant. Very spacious, well decorated and nicely furnished.

House looked like photos however there are NO locks on the screen doors by the pool OR on one of the back doors. Anyway can have access at any time. I messaged Daniel early Saturday to let him know that the igniter on the grill wasn’t working. He had a girl come to look who tried it and said she would need to contact someone else and be back. She came back hours later to give me a lighter to use on a propane tank. Well she also left the tank on all day which emptied it. I messaged and called the emergency line with no response. I had to go to get the propane tank filled as I purchased all foods to bbq and have yet to hear anything back 3 days later about the $100 grill fee.

This house is the perfect home for a family vacation in Florida. From the rooms being exactly described to everything in the home being clean. My kids loved this home so much , they cried when it was time to leave. I will recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Minutes away from Disney and a lot of food options. The house also came with a lot of supplies so my family and I were able to cook most of the days we stayed. This home was perfect. I will be returning.

I loved the place its nice and spacious for my whole family. But there was too many rules and extra fees for everything. The pool you get charged $39 by the day to get heated. The grill is $100 to use which I found ridiculous because we only found out 1 week before our trip. Definitely would recommend reading the fine print on any property going forward.

The home was beautiful and just as described. The resort community was very nice. The location was great just a short drive to everything we planned to do. The only thing missing was a guest book with house basics and local things to see and do and recommend restaurants. Not all hosts offer this but it’s nice when they do. We would definitely stay again!

A beautiful home in a gorgeous gated community.
PROS: Plenty of space for 12 people. Decor was tasteful and practical. Lots of room to move around in the house as well as under covered patio. Heated pool was a treat. The clubhouse was amazing. Staff were diligent but pleasant. Lots of activities for the kids (we had an almost 2 year old and 5 pre-teens/teens), including beach vball, soccer pitch, bball courts, park, water splash pad, flo rider surfing, scavenger hunts, karaoke, etc). Best part was the close proximity of the house to the clubhouse area, about a 3 min walk!
CONS: very few! The fooseball table didn’t have a ball that fit it, the air hockey table paddles need felt, there wasn’t a large casserole dish for the oven for us to bake large meals in. But these didn’t ruin our trip at all. Just trying to be honest in review.
This place was awesome! Daniel (the host) was helpful and attentive. Didn’t need much but he was readily available. Book it, you will not be disappointed

Daniel house was beautiful, large and the perfect size for our large family. The house was large and accommodated 11 people. The kids loved the pool, and game room kept them busy. They loved the amenities in the community - the pool, waterpark, playground and basketball courts. It was nice to be able to relax in between running to the Disney parks. My granddaughter loved having a pool at the house she swam non stop. The house is very close to the parks the only downside to Florida was the traffic. It was murder wish I knew the back ways because 4 was a parking lot most days. Thank you Daniel we enjoyed our stay. I was glad we were able to make memories for the grandkids.

The resort was very well kept with a lot of amenities. The house was spacious and just as pictures described. Unfortunately upon arriving, there was trash scattered through the yard that we ended up collecting.
We wanted to swim the evening we arrived, but the pool light timer wouldn't stay on because the knob wasn't catching. We texted the representative and they didn't offer a solution or to come fix the problem.
The toilet, between the Finding Nemo room and connecting room, kept clogging as well as one of the sinks in the same restroom.
Several towels and sheets were stained and a pillow cover had very nasty brown substance on it that clearly hadnt been washed, as it was flaking off.
For being such a large house, it would have been nice to have extra towels for swimming.
Overall, the house is spacious. We had 9 guests and an infant and we were all spaced out nicely.
We would have given a higher rating if it had been cleaner and if the representative would have responded.
