• Welcome KIT: The following materials are provided:
4 extra toilet paper rolls,
2 extra garbage bags,
1 liquid detergent,
1 dishwasher soap,
1 sponge,
2 washing powder,
1 paper towel.
Each bathroom will have:
1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper.
No other materials will be provided.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you might need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay, you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• POOL / SPA HEATER: Please note that the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not operate at temperatures close to zero. Heating is available at a cost of USD 39 per day for a minimum period of 3 days. Please note that the pool can take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature, so it is important to request this in advance.
• GARBAGE: Put the garbage in its proper place, and pay attention to the instructions and collection days.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER STOP THE VEHICLE ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GARAGE, your car will be towed by local authorities.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our guests have full and free access to all resort spaces, including: swimming pools; gyms and game rooms.
*There is an additional cost for using the FlowRider, as required by the Resort.
• You can receive home visitors as long as you do not exceed the number of people who spend the night at the Residence.
• It is not allowed to move furniture or equipment inside the house.

If a breach of any of the rules is detected such as smoking inside the property, carelessness with the property, excessive garbage, a fee will be charged from 500 USD
Refund Policy
Airbnb: Refund processing done by the platform itself
VRBO / EXPEDIA: The refund will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date
WEBSITE: The return will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date *
Processing / bank fees will be charged on the returned amounts.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The resort is beautiful and has lots of activities for kids.
The house was nice, rooms were great, kitchen was also nice.
The only negatives about the stay were that the pool was not heating or heated upon arrival which the listing seemed to indicate with the advance notice comments. The expectation of the pool heating prior to arrival (especially with excited young kids) only to find it not running at all was the main let down. Daniel did refund a night of heating due to the delay, but it did result in the pool not being very usable for the first 2-3 days. This may only be an issue if there wasnt a tenant the days before your stay, as I am sure the following tenants would already be enjoying the 95 degree pool vs 60s for us.
Only other thing was the dryer didnt seem to work which we found out the last day to dry some clothes before leaving.

after our initial airbnb fell through, Daniel accommodated us at one of their other locations and threw in the heated pool for the inconvenience. beautiful home, a couple things in need of repair, several doors didn't close properly but overall a great stay!

This place is perfect! It is exactly what the pictures look like! We had a group of 7 and we all had enough room and privacy. Everything was clean and check in/out was a breeze. Debora was kind to let us stay a little longer after checkout since we were waiting for a ride! The laundry machine was upstairs but it was so quiet which I loved since after the parks we would all throw in our laundry and we were all still able to sleep. The resort is a perfect relaxing quick walk from the unit, my daughter loved it! Drinks/food was also available for purchase which were decent!
The only complaint I had was the noise, the neighbor was partying all day/night screaming and yelling at night. We made some phone calls and nothing was done. We also called the security at the gate multiple times to watch them just drive away. After a few times finally one of the security went to talk to them. Not much was done other than turning the music down a tad. It was really irritating after a whole day at the parks. Other than that this place was perfect for our trip! We hope to visit again and hopefully those neighbors don’t come back!

Great space for a family of 8. Everybody had space to move around without the feeling of being on top of one another. The 10ft ceilings on the first floor make the space feel even larger. 2nd floor laundry room was very convenient.

You should really go it’s clean and big the pool was kinda small but pretty deep so that’s was fine they also have a water park for your baby’s they have surfing they also have a big pool in the resort with a basketball court I really enjoyed it so did my kids.

This place was great a lot of space, very close to the club house which was convenient for public pool access. The privacy is great for its location. The location of the resort was also very close to all Florida’s main attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was setup just like the pictures. There are only three things I would complain about.
1. The master suite door doesn’t close properly to lock.
2. The tv in the kids room didn’t have a remote. Had to use the remote for the game room.
3. The was no broom or mop to clean the floors.
Overall the house was nice and spacious for our family of 9.

You can expect a nice clean place that will suit all of your needs. 4 bedrooms with one downstairs and 3 upstairs. A little game area and a pool. Nice and cozy little place that’s not too far from the parks but close enough to everything you may need.
