• You will check-in directly at the property; it will be a self-check-in.
• There will be no physical keys; you will receive your own door code along with your booking instructions.
• CHECK-IN after 04 PM and CHECK-OUT until 10 AM. *If you need an early check-in or late check-out, it is possible subject to an extra fee and availability. Please consult us.
• Welcome KIT: The following materials are provided:
4 extra rolls of toilet paper,
2 extra garbage bags,
1 liquid detergent,
1 dishwasher soap,
1 sponge,
2 washing powder packets,
1 roll of paper towels.
Each bathroom will have:
1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper.
No other materials will be provided.
Please visit the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you may need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay, you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• POOL / SPA HEATER: Please note that the pool heater operates through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not function at temperatures close to zero. Heating is available at a cost of USD 39 per day for a minimum of 3 days. Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature, so it is important to request this in advance.
• GARBAGE: Dispose of garbage properly and adhere to the collection schedule.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER BLOCK THE STREET OR ANOTHER GARAGE; your car may be towed by local authorities.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our guests have full and free access to all resort amenities, including swimming pools, gyms, and game rooms.
*There is an additional cost for using the FlowRider, as required by the Resort.
• Visitors are allowed as long as they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Residence.
• Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not permitted.
Important information
If any rules are violated, such as smoking inside the property, property neglect, or excessive garbage, a fee of USD 500 will be charged.
Refund Policy
Airbnb: Refunds are processed by the platform itself.
VRBO / EXPEDIA: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
WEBSITE: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
*Processing / bank fees will be charged on the refunded amounts.

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Loved that the master bedroom was downstairs, as that’s where my grandparents stayed in. The rooms did have some dust here and there but nothing bad. Definitely needs more or better kitchen supplies if they’re going to provide them as some knives were basically useless and not enough pans. There’s also 3 rooms of bunk beds that do have a pull out bed but it was impossible to take them out. We used the upstairs living space a lot as well and I did notice that it was not the same sectional as shown. We also got the BBQ grill for our stay, used it once as it was a hassle to start. It definitely needs to either be replaced or deep cleaned. Overall our stay was still pretty good.

the house is okay day one of staying me and my husband found a few condom wrappers in the corner on the floor which make believe they didn't clean much secondly , upstair sectional is awful old pillows smell like hair and bad breath !!! the carpet was matted and need a very excessive cleaning . for all the fees and cleaning fee it should be refunded.the towels are very old and harsh on your skin !

At Any Given Time with no heads up no warning no words being said a guy can just walk in the closed gated pool area unannounced and just start scrubbing the pool and throwing solutions in the pool regardless of who’s out there.
Also be aware that construction trucks and workers can be right in front of the pool area for DAYS , I repeat For DAYS Drilling and making ALOT OF NOISE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE POOL . No Privacy for women and children in their bathing suits at all. At All.

I'd first like to say Daniel is very kind, polite and responsive. That being said, his maintenance people are terrible. No responses to issues. We paid to heat the pool during our 15 day stay. It was warm for 3 of those days. The pool heat wasn't working, I was talking to Daniel about it, he said maintenance would reach out. They didn't. Finally days later someone came to fix it. Finally got back up to temperature, and the pool pump went out. No one came to fix it, so the hot tub was unusable. The kids still swam but it was very cold. We booked this place specifically for the private pool/hot tub so to say we are not happy is an understatement. The place is ok overall, but is in need of a deep clean and paint refresh. There are dirty footprints all over the walls. The carpeting up the steps is all matted. The furniture is beat up, especially the sectional sofa in the upstairs media room. The kids rooms had holes in the sheets, our comforter was ripped. Huge beetles in the house.

Overall we had a good time there . There are enough sheets, towels and dishes, however it would be better if there are extra bathroom tissues for large groups. There more than enough pans but very limited pots if you are planning to cook.

We loved staying here, we had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The resort pool was super nice and a great place to spend a bit of downtime. Distance to Disney and other Orlando things was totally reasonable and we had great communication from Daniel throughout the trip.

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that this is a relatively new house (year of construction 2018) it was already in our schedule so that the updates - renovations, and exchange of some items for renovation of the house, would be done now (between 05 and 08 of June). As for the security issue, we regret what happened, and we inform you that the authorities have already taken over the case and are already taking the necessary measures. Among almost 500 comments from our guests, this is the first we have related to theft in our homes. As for the houses, all of them have security locks on their doors that give access to the inside of the house. Which are in perfect working order, and which, for some reason, were unlocked on the day of the event. In any case, we are inserting new locks to ensure more security for our guests during their stay. As for leaving the community with the car, the authorities are already investigating who left with the car. It is worth remembering that this is a property located within a closed community, with security and all guests when they arrive, must register with identity and also register the vehicles, everything is registered with cameras at the entrance of the community. We trust American justice, the police, and we are sure that this is not a common situation within vacation condominiums. We are always at the disposal of our guests, we emphasize that as soon as the host informed us about what was happening, our team promptly helped and we also extended the guests' stay so that they could organize themselves.
Our main objective is always to make our guests comfortable and safe in our homes.

Location was great, layout of the house was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool at the house and community pools were great. All in all good experience.
The house was clean, but house is showing wear and tear. The porch lights were out, the light over stove did not work, stove burner knob missing, the dining room chair legs were very, very loose, upstairs shower curtain missing hooks, some TV remotes not working till we changed out batteries, walk-in shower floor tiles very slippery, only three chairs for outside patio table, toaster only toasted one side of bread,
Overall these were minor problems, just made things feel a little shabby. We would consider coming back to same house because of good experiences.
