- Daily Cleaning: Not included but available for an additional fee.
- Pool Heater: Available for $39/day, minimum 3 days. (It may take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature).
- Follow the trash collection schedule and parking rules. Do not block streets or garages.
- Club Access: Full and free access to resort amenities, except for the golf club which requires an additional fee.
- Visitors are allowed, as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds via Airbnb are processed by the platform itself.
Refunds via VRBO/Expedia and Website: Processed within 7 days after the check-in date (bank fees may apply).
Scheduled Payments: 100% charged at booking confirmation (50% non-refundable).
Important: A $500 fine applies for violations such as smoking inside the property or excessive garbage.
