inrresponsable me dejó esperando nunca me dió el código le pague tarifa de aseo no me devolvió el dinero dure 3 horas desde las 4 de la tarde hasta las siete de la noche no pude hacer el cheking y me urgía ya q yo tengo una bebé de 7 meses no lo recomiendo para nada no contesta me tocó llamar a soporte y me cancelaron la reservación muy mala experiencia para mi familia y para mí

I booked a week stay and ended up noticing that the washing machine had mold in it. I most definitely could not wash my clothes in there. The pots were all burnt and scratched, it was amazing how they just didn’t care to replace them. I had to buy a couple of pots and pans because I do like to cook for myself and family. To top it off one of the stove tops didn’t work. I made them aware of this and the maintenance lady came knocking on the door in the morning when we were all still sleeping because we had a late night. She wanted to come and clean the mold out of the washing machine and fix the pots and pans. I was super annoyed and asked her to come back at a more appropriate time when she wasn’t going to disturb any of my family sleep. She came back the next day and told me that I shouldn’t have bought new pots and pan that I should have let them know and they would have resolved the issue. But yet they never resolved anything. It was a horrible week! Very inconsiderate host.

I love it when I receive what I was expecting. This place was exactly that. It was clean and a great location to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay in Daniels place on my next visit to Orlando.

It was a nice place. The cookware and utensils are older and hard to use, so be prepared to buy everything you’ll need if you choose to cook or bake. It was cleaned very well, the last night’s stay showed the upstairs king bedroom probably needs some work done to ventilation system and bug spray. Overall good stay.
