• You go straight home, you don't have to check in before you go there.
• There will be no Keys, you will have your own door code which will be sent along with the booking confirmation.
• CHECK-IN after 4:00 pm and CHECK-OUT until 10:00 am. If you need to anticipate entry or delay departure is possible subject to the Extra Charge and availability. Consult us.
• WELCOME KIT: The following materials are provided in the unit: 4 extra toilet paper rolls, 2 extra trash bags, 1 dishwashing liquid, 1 dish washer, 1 sponge, 2 laundry detergent caps, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap and a roll of toilet paper. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop at the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you may need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily housekeeping is not included with the rental fee. Prior to check in the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• POOL / SPA HEATER: Please note that the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not operate at temperatures close to freezing. Water heating is available at a cost of USD 39 per day for a minimum of 3 days. Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature, so it is important to request in advance as the heating will be turned on at 04 PM.
• GARBAGE: Put the trash in its proper place, and be aware of the collection days.
• PARKING: Attention to the parking place. NEVER STOP THE CAR ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GARAGE, your car may be screech by the authorities local.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our Guests have full and free access to all resort spaces including: pools; gyms and game rooms.
• Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not allowed.
• You may receive home visits as long as you do not exceed the number of guests staying overnight at the Residence.
Important information:
If a breach of any of the rules is detected such as smoking inside the property, carelessness with the property, excessive garbage, a fee will be charged from 500 USD
Refund Policy
Airbnb: Refund processing done by the platform itself
VRBO / EXPEDIA: The refund will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date
WEBSITE: The return will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date *
Processing / bank fees will be charged on the returned amounts.

Daniel's house is superb and spacious, just as it looks on the photos. We were absolutely delighted with it. The facilities at the clubhouse were exceptional too. So clean, new and beautifully presented and never too crowded, even in August. DVG homes who manage the property did provide us with misinformation though. The wrong Wi-Fi code (worked out for ourselves by looking on router), and no door entry code (Daniel was immediately responsive when we messaged him through Airbnb, so we got in ok, but had it been the middle of the night, that could have been a problem). I highly recommend this property, but make sure you get the door code before you arrive.

Needs some updated painting due to previous guest scuffing their walls “not the owners fault” Bring extra supplies toilet paper , paper towels , dish soap , garbage bags ect …. Everything was exactly as it was on the pictures, host was fast to respond questions. The only thing I complained was that the AC upstairs did not work during the day, it would kick in at midnight and turn of in the morning, so the days we stayed home was very hot in the house but host sent someone quick to fix it and it was wonderful after that. Everything was clean, rooms were spacious, enough bathrooms for all my big family, the pool was a bit warm but it was nice to have one for our selfs. Will definitely consider it for our next vacation

5 stars! Unfortunately our baby started to have seizures during our stay and we ended up at the children’s hospital most of the time. However the rest of our group had a great time!! My husband and I have 5 kids and we also had some friends join us (3 more adults and 2 more kids). The house was just as pictured and fit our LARGE party very comfortably. The pool was a GREAT feature. It rained a lot during our stay so the amenities were closed a lot…so that was a bummer but that’s just FL and to no fault of the host of course! But they looked AWESOME! The host had amazing communication with any issue or question we had. With our unexpected hospital stay my husband had to pack up our things by himself and he didn’t check some drawers (husbands-am I right?) so we accidentally left some clothes. The host went out of his way to ensure we were able to pick those up after we left the hospital. Thank you very much for the stay!

The accommodations were terrible….only 1 toilet paper roll for 9 people, only 1 pod, only 1 dish washer pod, only 1 garbage bag, one 1 of everything but we stayed 5 Days. The ac was broke upstairs would be hot and downstairs freezing, then at night it was freezing upstairs and hot downstairs. I had a fibromyalgia flare up and I need just an hr or 2 to get me going. I email, texted, Airbnb massage asking at 8 am for even just an hr or 2 and no accommodations where given. Their reply was call 911 if you have an emergency we have to rent the house. Poor and disgusting cruel and totally unacceptable behavior from hosts.

I don't have any message from you informing you that the Air Conditioning was not working during your stay, our team is always ready and available to solve any problem you have during your reservation.
As for your health issue, we just inform you that if there were no other guests arriving on the same day as your departure, it would not be a problem for you to stay a few more hours, but we have the same commitment with all our guests, our check-in hours and checkout are informed in the ad, and in all messages before, during and until the day of your checkout.
As for the issue of requesting an ambulance just for safety reasons and an immediate solution, any and all health-related problems, it is recommended that you call the responsible service.
Our team is always ready, and our biggest commitment is to provide comfort, convenience and safety to all our guests.

The stay was amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, and great amenities. The only thing I would recommend is more towels and better beach towels but that's nothing really. The main pool and lazy river were wonderful as well as the poolside bar. Definitely would recommend to everyone! Great place and great owner!

The property was a must visit my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. There’s only 1 negative that I must mention. Upon checking in we were very disrespected by a single security guard. We didn’t know every person over 18 had to be on the list since other places we stayed only the person driving had to be on the list. I had 1 guest that was not on the list and when I went to the gate to try and rectify the problem the guard took it upon himself to try and “flex” his authority. He threatened to have us kicked out and even in a round about way called us uneducated. If it wasn’t for the fact that we have a SPECTACULAR host our vacation would have came to a very unhappy ending. I wish someone in management would address the security issue but all in all this property is a must visit.
