Cancellation policies and penalties:
• Travelers who cancel at least 180 days before check-in will be charged 10% of the booking amount.
• Travelers who cancel at least 15 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
• Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

100% is charged for booking confirmation - 50% non-refundable.

WASTE DISPOSAL GUIDELINES
• Bag and tie all waste. Loose items are safety hazard and will not be collected.
• Do not include sharp objects
• Garbage in groceries bags will not be collected
• Place the tied bag in the bin located in the front (exclusively in the brown garbage can) of the unit between 7am and 09am
