• You go straight home, it will be a self check-in.
• There will be no keys, you will have your own door code which will be sent with your booking instructions.
• CHECK-IN after 04PM and CHECK-OUT until 10AM. * If you need to early check in or late check out it is possible subject to Extra Fee and availability. Consult us.
• Welcome KIT: The following materials are provided:
4 extra toilet paper rolls,
2 extra garbage bags,
1 liquid detergent,
1 dishwasher soap,
1 sponge,
2 washing powder,
1 paper towel.
Each bathroom will have:
1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper.
No other materials will be provided.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you might need during your stay.
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily cleaning is not included in the rent. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
During your stay, you can request cleaning for an additional fee.
• POOL / SPA HEATER: Please note that the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and may not operate at temperatures close to zero. Heating is available at a cost of USD 39 per day for a minimum period of 3 days. Please note that the pool can take up to 24 hours to reach the ideal temperature, so it is important to request this in advance.
• GARBAGE: Put the garbage in its proper place, and pay attention to the instructions and collection days.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER STOP THE VEHICLE ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GARAGE, your car will be towed by local authorities.
• CLUB ACCESS: Our guests have full and free access to all resort spaces, including: swimming pools; gyms and game rooms.
• You can receive home visitors as long as you do not exceed the number of people who spend the night at the Residence.
• It is not allowed to move furniture or equipment inside the house.
Important information:
If a violation of any of the rules is detected, such as smoking inside the property, neglect of the property, excess garbage, a fee of USD 500 will be charged.
Refund Policy:
Airbnb: Refund processing done by the platform itself
VRBO / EXPEDIA: Refund will be processed within 7 days after check-in date
WEBSITE / HOPPER: The return will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date
* Processing / bank fees will be charged on returned amounts.

It was easy to check into Daniel’s place. There were a few issues we noticed. The carpet had stains, the living room couch was gray and was not the white couch and dark blue chair they had in the pictures. We couldn’t turn on the pool light and although we asked the host for assistance the next day after arrival, the host didn’t bother to reach out or assist until an hour before check out (5 days after). We also couldn’t turn down the Aircon to 70 degrees because the home instructions limits you to keep the temp at 73 which is a little warm to sleep with for my family. Apart from those issues, we enjoyed our stay because we were out most of the time and the amenities in the community club house were good. Our stay would have been great if the host had been courteous enough to be more responsive and fixed the minor issues we noticed. Hopefully he gets it right for the next guest.

If you’re looking for something reasonable and small book here. No face towels. Everyday we had a problem parking. Then they sent a handyman without even telling us and scared my kids because we all was sleep and didn’t expect no one would be in the house while we sleep that was a big No communication was not good with that situation. I had to call to make sure that he was a guy they sent. I didn’t know it was stairs yo go to all your bedrooms in the house. If you don’t like going up and down stairs don’t book. The pool look like a hot tub.

Eu não recomendo, a casa é bonita nas fotos, mas quando chegamos nos decepcionamos muito com o estado de conservação e limpeza da casa, Daniel (anfitrião) demorou dois dias para responder quando enviei uma mensagem reclamando da limpeza que estava HORRÍVEL, a casa estava bem suja, ar condicionado quebrado, o vaso sanitário do banheiro master estava quebrado e a descarga não funcionava, o sofá estava quebrado e imundo, paredes e carpetes sujos, a casa estava tão quente que não era possível dormir ou estar dentro da casa, ele ofereceu o reembolso de uma diária, da nossa estadia de 6 dias, porém até o momento não foi feito, eu não gostei do descaso do Daniel com os hóspedes, demorar dois dias para responder, foi bem desagradável, haviam inclusive louças sujas dentro dos armários, se você se importa em estar em um lugar limpo e confortável, definitivamente esse lugar não é pra você, já me hospedei em Airbnb que eram extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, mas infelizmente dessa vez tivemos essa experiência desagradável

The house definitely served its purpose, but our experience was less than ideal. Both the couch and armchair in the living room were broken when we arrived. Both had very loose/bending legs that weren't safe. We killed a roach on our first day there, although I do understand this is part of living in Florida. The air conditioner broke entirely on our 5th day there. It took over 2 hours, multiple texts, calls, and AirBnB messages to two different people before I got a response. That response only asked me for a photo of the thermostat. No other communication was given, no confirmation if the issue was going to be taken care of or not. It was working again when we got up, but the lack of communication was a serious issue.

Everything was ok except for the Bed bugs in the master bedroom I stay for a long weekend and the last day we found out it was Bed Bugs in the mattress and box Spring they send a company to check and yes it was a Bed bugs infection my wife end it up with bites all over the night before I ask to stay 2 more days and when I wake up I found the bug and he was trying to say I want to take advantage of him to stay more days for free bcuz that, he make it sound i make the complaint the last day to get free days is not like that I have family member where I can stay I just like my own privacy he offer me to stay somewhere else for one night but I had to pay cleaning fee $175 I say no and I left he didn’t offer nothing else. I was checking the reviews now and is another person complaining about the bed bugs in August 2021 smh only month month difference and he talking about they certified they kill the bed bugs my wife have over 20 bites is really painful seen her like thy I wish I can upload the pics!!!

I would highly recommend this house to anyone! Comfy beds, very clean, great little pool, and a very convenient location. Checking in was a breeze and we had everything we needed. The community pool was also very nice! I would have extended my stay had there been availability 🙂
