• GARBAGE: Place the rubbish in its proper place and pay attention to the instructions and collection days.
• PARKING: Pay attention when parking. NEVER STOP YOUR VEHICLE ON THE STREET OR IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GARAGE, your car will be towed by local authorities.
• ACCESS TO THE CLUB: Our guests have full and free access to all areas of the resort.
• You may receive home visits as long as you do not exceed the number of people staying overnight at the Residence.
• Moving furniture or equipment inside the house is not permitted.

Important information

If a violation of any of the rules is detected, such as smoking inside the property, neglect of the property, excess garbage, a fee of USD 500 will be charged.

Refund Policy:
Airbnb: Refund processing done by the platform itself.
VRBO / EXPEDIA: The refund will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.
WEBSITE: The return will be processed within 7 days after the check-in date.*
Processing / bank fees will be charged on the returned amounts.
